MicroFridge: Freezer, Fridge, Microwave, and Awesome Combined
You College Type Smart Folk Will Like This
Alright, I know what you are thinking. Someone just took a microwave and bolted it on top of a fridge and freezer combination and called it the “MicroFridge.” What’s the big deal, right? Well, technically that’s what Intirion Corporation (the makers of the MicroFridge) did. However just like Transformers taught me, there’s definitely more than meets the eye here.
Anyone who’s in or planning to go to college and live in the dorms definitely should look into the MicroFridge. You could just bring a separate microwave and mini fridge/freezer to your dorm, but before you do that let me see if I can dissuade you first.
6 Reasons the MicroFridge is for you College Boy/Girl

1) More Space for your “crap.” Anyone who’s lived in the dorm knows that space is sorely lacking (unless you go to college in movie world where the dorms are spacious and luxurious) especially if you throw in a roommate or three. Since the devices are integrated together this means less space it takes up. This means more room for your surfboard, books, Xbox 360’s, and whatever else young folks bring with them to college.
2) You have a real freezer. Most mini fridges only have a stupid little ice tray that you never bother using cause it’s just too inconvenient and only makes like 6 tiny ice cubes. With the MicroFridge you get a real zero degree freezer that can hold up to .7 cubic feet. That’s like the size of a small infant! While your dorm mates are eating the same instant ramen noodles they eat every night you’ll be dining on all kinds of fine frozen delicacies like burritos, taquitos, and pizza rolls!
3) You won’t die in a fire. With the MicroFridge you only have 1 plug to plug in. It uses “Safe Plug Technology” which limits the amount current that it draws thus ensuring that you won’t burn to death in your sleep before the accounting exam. By only taking up one outlet this leaves you more outlets to plug in all the other electrical crap you are sure to bring.
4) More places to stick it in. By “it” we mean the other electrical appliances you are sure to bring (like your ipod, cell phone, hair iron, personal massager, etc…). It has 2 additional outlets on the microwave so you can plug plug plug it in. Beats reaching behind the fridge to scramble for an outlet.
5) Store and cool large quantities of liquid. The refrigerator portion of the MicroFridge has a nifty design whereby you can store upright in the door a half gallon carton of milk, up to 3 liters of soda, or 3 bottles of Grey Goose vodka (oops, are you old enough to drink? that should go in the freezer!). Thanks to the design no more spills from having to store stuff on its side.
6) Never have to leave your dorm room. You probably will have to go to class and pee and stuff, but if you have a stocked fridge and freezer you don’t have to share or wait to use the communal kitchenette. You can cook gourmet meals and host romantic dinners with your special someone from the comfort of your dorm room. Not saying I would recommend it, but I’m just saying you could
