My New Dream Car: The Honda EV-N
Right now the Tokyo Auto Show is going on and at the show Honda debuted one of their concept vehicles called the Honda EV-N.
It’s a very small cute all electric car with a lot of interesting built in functionality that most cars don’t do. Here’s a quick rundown.
The roof is 1 large a solar panel…
…which recharges the battery while its baking in the sun (this might make my solar sunshade idea obsolete)
The seat covers are swapable…
…for the fashion conscious drivers.
The front grill area hides a color changing “communications system”…

…which I can only guess is used to let drivers know you are letting them cut into your lane or let them know you are pissed they cut you off (too bad it doesn’t spell words).
Comes with the Honda U3-X personal transportation device built in
So what’s so cool about a U3-X? It’s like a Segway in your car that goes wherever you go. When you ride it it can go forwards, backwards, and even side to side. Watch:
Don’t ask me why you would use this device as it looks like you could walk faster than it. But it is just so damn cool. It’s in the frickin’ door!
